You will also need to schedule an plumber and/or an electrician to come in to do work after the framing is complete but before TSD Contracting Services begins hanging the drywall board. Your Responsibilities:

TSD Contracting Services is not responsible for the obtaining of any required permits pertaining to your project. Do you understand that you are solely responsible for these matters? Select One Yes No

TSD Contracting Services asks that you provide the School with a written testimonial as to your experience with our program and a letter of reference in the name of each graduate who works on your project. TSD Contracting Services will provide you with the templates for the above-mentioned letters in Word format by email. TSD Contracting Services has the following payment policy: 20% of the quote will be paid for on the first day of work in order to allow us to carry some of the cost of the materials. Another 60% of the quote is payable when all the drywall is hung. The last 20% is payable upon satisfactory completion of your project as per the work agreement signed by TSD Contracting Services and yourself on acceptance of the quote.
